Role summary
Director of Project Management role leading the bioanalytical facility's project management team at Catalent's Kansas City location. - Maintain client satisfaction through effective project delivery and escalation management
- Support forecasting, revenue planning, and Sales & Operations Planning activities
- Partner with internal teams and act as client advocate for escalations
