- GMP-regulated manufacturing environment experience preferred

- Develop, motivate, and manage assigned team; set performance objectives aligned with site goals
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and recognition; manage payroll and employee development activities
- Lead daily tier meetings and shift-to-shift communication to cascade information throughout organization
- Champion standard work, troubleshoot process issues, identify improvement opportunities, and minimize downtime
- Foster safety and compliance culture through coaching, audits, and quality-driven decision-making
