- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks applied to biologics development preferred
What you'll be doing
- Apply computational methods including structural modeling and molecular dynamics to identify molecular descriptors for biologics stability and aggregation
- Evaluate and benchmark published computational approaches for predicting multi-specifics developability
- Integrate experimental data, computational descriptors, and external knowledge to develop preliminary developability prediction workflow
- Document code, write standard operating procedures, and deliver final presentation of findings
Compensation$20.00 - $55.00 hourly; housing stipends available for eligible employees
