Role summary
Kite Research internship focused on cell biology and CAR T-cell therapy development. What you'll be doing
- Perform tissue culture of mammalian cells using sterile technique
- Execute lentiviral transduction and cell staining for spectral flow cytometry analysis
- Operate flow cytometry instruments, perform QC procedures, and analyze data using FlowJo
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate results orally and in written form
- Coordinate multiple project tasks and deliver final presentation of work
Compensation$19.00–$55.00 hourly; benefits include paid holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees
