What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Electronics; or Associate degree with 2 years relevant experience; or high school diploma/GED with 4 years relevant experience
  • Experience interpreting mechanical parts and assembly drawings
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits, diagrams, and measurement tools such as multimeters
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work standing for extended periods
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including OSHA, FDA, ISO, and CLIA
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot failures in laboratory instrumentation and automation systems under general supervision
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure performance and regulatory compliance
  • Document service activities accurately following Good Documentation Practices and regulatory requirements
  • Investigate root causes of failures and escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed
  • Support process improvements by developing SOPs and identifying workflow optimization opportunities
Compensation$22.45–$44.85/hour
