Perform timely preventative maintenance on medical equipment to ensure optimal patient care delivery
Execute troubleshooting and moderately complex service repairs independently on assigned equipment
Lead equipment installations, validations, and maintenance activities
Own customer issues from identification through resolution, serving as escalation point for concerns
Maintain customer relationships through communication, follow-up, and documentation of work performed
