Role summary
Field Service Engineer 1 position supporting CT and MR medical equipment in the Northeast Ohio region. The role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs on diagnostic imaging systems, with a second shift schedule of five 8-hour days.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for training

What you'll be doing
- Perform preventative maintenance, field modifications, and corrective repairs on assigned equipment
- Assist experienced engineers with equipment installations and complex troubleshooting
- Complete service calls independently within one year of employment
- Manage administrative tasks including service reports, parts ordering, and expense documentation
- Build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities through value-added service recommendations
