What you'll be doing

Perform timely preventative maintenance on medical equipment to ensure optimal healthcare service delivery
Execute moderately complex troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installations independently and lead installation projects
Serve as primary customer contact for issues from dispatch through resolution, managing escalations and ensuring timely communication
Document all work performed daily including metrics, parts ordering, and debriefing while adhering to regulatory compliance requirements
Recommend value-added services to customers and collaborate with sales teams to support contract and on-demand revenue growth

Compensation$81,600-$122,400 annual base
