  • Proficiency with Web applications and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work rotating on-call schedule including after-hours and weekends
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods

What you'll be doing

  • Perform timely preventative maintenance on medical equipment to ensure optimal healthcare service delivery
  • Execute moderately complex troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installations independently and lead installation projects
  • Serve as primary customer contact for issues from dispatch through resolution, managing escalations and ensuring timely communication
  • Document all work performed daily including metrics, parts ordering, and debriefing while adhering to regulatory compliance requirements
  • Recommend value-added services to customers and collaborate with sales teams to support contract and on-demand revenue growth
Compensation$81,600-$122,400 annual base
