What you'll be doing

Install, repair, and maintain mass spectrometers, HPLC, and capillary electrophoresis instruments at customer sites
Perform equipment qualification services and deliver customer training
Resolve technical and customer issues independently with accountability for strategic accounts
Mentor and develop less experienced field service staff members
Complete administrative duties including service logging, expense reporting, and inventory management

Compensation$36.05–$39.00 hourly; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
