Role summary
Eurofins seeks a Head of Product Management to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of its LIMS/LIS Clinical Diagnostics platform across Europe. The role involves managing product strategy, stakeholder alignment, a team of up to six professionals, and delivery execution while balancing business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance.

- Senior product management or product leadership experience in complex IT environments
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams including Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Laboratory and/or Clinical Diagnostics domain experience required
- Strong knowledge of software and IT product lifecycles from strategy through continuous improvement
- Experience with agile and hybrid delivery models such as Scrum or SAFe
- Familiarity with ITSM and delivery tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
What you'll be doing
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with enterprise architecture and compliance
- Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Functional Analysts
- Collect business needs, prioritize backlog, and manage epics and feature requirements
- Collaborate with delivery teams to plan, execute, and validate solution outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization across the full product lifecycle
