Role summary
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a clinical diagnostics LIMS/LIS system serving Eurofins' European operations and global business units. This leadership role manages a team of up to six product and business professionals, requiring strategy definition, stakeholder alignment, and delivery execution across complex IT and regulatory environments.
What they're looking for
- Senior product management or product leadership experience in complex IT environments
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams of 5-6 people including product owners and analysts
- Laboratory or clinical diagnostics domain experience required
- Strong knowledge of software product lifecycles from strategy through delivery and operations
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models such as Scrum and SAFe
- Experience with ITSM and delivery tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps
- Data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder management and communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and value proposition aligned with enterprise strategy
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team providing direction, coaching, and establishing governance
- Own product backlog, prioritize epics and features based on business value and regulatory needs
- Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet quality and business expectations
- Manage product across full lifecycle and drive continuous optimization of value, cost, and user experience
