What you'll be doing

Draft, review, negotiate, and process site agreements and contracts in compliance with departmental SOPs
Update and maintain the Site Agreement Management System (SAMS) and contract tracking systems daily
Coordinate with clinical study teams and external parties to ensure timely contract approvals and execution
Identify risks and escalate contractual issues to line management and appropriate departments
Scan, file, and distribute executed contracts to relevant staff and maintain electronic storage systems
