Role summary
Biosense Webster seeks a Clinical Development Specialist to provide technical and clinical support for cardiac arrhythmia treatment systems across Malatya and Erzurum territories. The role combines hands-on physician training, equipment support during procedures, and relationship-building with hospital staff to drive clinical adoption and business growth.

What you'll be doing
- Provide technical and clinical training to physicians and EP lab staff on CARTO systems and RF generator equipment during procedures
- Educate hospital customers on product usage through in-service trainings and clinical information sessions
- Identify sales opportunities and facilitate manager introductions to key decision makers within accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital administrators across assigned territory
- Manage administrative tasks including account documentation, compliance training, and expense reporting
