What you'll be doing

Perform preventative maintenance, field modifications, and corrective repairs on assigned cardiology equipment
Assist experienced engineers with equipment installations and basic troubleshooting
Manage administrative tasks including service reports, parts ordering, and expense documentation
Communicate with customers to resolve issues and recommend value-added services
Answer service calls independently within one year and engage with account teams on sales opportunities
