- IV therapy experience preferred
- Nursing diploma or university degree
- Experience in acute care, outpatient, or homecare settings
- ACLS, PALS, and central venous line experience considered assets
What you'll be doing
- Administer medications via IM, SC, and IV routes in home and specialty clinic settings
- Monitor and support IV infusion treatments and post-injection care with detailed documentation
- Provide patient education on program protocols individually or in group settings
- Report adverse events and product complaints per company policies and training
- Coordinate with patients, physicians, case managers, and departments to schedule appointments and treatments
