Role summary
ICON seeks a detail-oriented Site Payments Analyst to manage clinical trial site and subject payments across multiple European locations. The role involves developing payment strategies, verifying system configurations, processing payments accurately, and serving as a liaison between sites and internal teams.

What you'll be doing

- Review, approve, and escalate site and patient payments and reimbursements
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing to sites, investigators, and patients
- Perform quality control and reconciliation reviews; communicate with investigational sites
