Role summary
Director leading the order-to-cash function for GENEWIZ, a life sciences company. - Oversee approximately 20 team members and 4-6 functional leaders while managing billing, collections, cash application, and transformation teams
- Develop and execute collections strategy to optimize portfolio performance, reduce DSO, and manage bad debt exposure
- Drive process standardization and automation across billing, collections, cash application, and customer inquiry workflows
- Partner with Sales, Operations, IT, and Customer Support to resolve billing issues and enhance customer experience
