Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Commercial Tender Specialist to support tender preparation, quotations and documentation across Poland and Central Europe. Experience in commercial operations, bid management, customer service, sales support or procurement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle) advantageous
Project coordination and organisational skills managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Fluent English; Polish language skills not mandatory but willingness to learn required
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

What you'll be doing

Monitor tender opportunities and coordinate documentation across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary
Prepare product, pricing and commercial documentation packages for tenders and quotations
Research and compile technical documentation including datasheets, certificates and product information
Support pricing calculations and collect competitor pricing data for structured database development
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Customer Care teams on accurate tender completion
