Insitro seeks an Associate Scientist III to develop and apply iPSC-derived cardiomyocyte models for studying cardiovascular disease genetics and mechanisms. What you'll be doing

Generate and maintain iPSC lines, differentiate into cardiomyocytes in 2D format with rigorous quality control
Build and characterize isogenic iPSC-CM disease models carrying disease-associated genetic variants
Develop and optimize functional assays for cardiovascular disease phenotypes in high-throughput formats
Document procedures, maintain technical SOPs, and communicate results with scientific rigor
Support target identification by linking cellular phenotypes to human genetic evidence
