Role summary

Demonstrated scientific leadership, experimental design capability, and track record of publications or patents
Extensive hands-on experience with in vitro cell-based assays and multiparametric flow cytometry
Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques including RT-PCR, protein quantification, and cell line generation
Ability to deliver complex objectives under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

What you'll be doing

Design, execute, and analyze high-quality laboratory studies leveraging clinical insights and in vivo oncology models
Identify novel therapeutic targets and elucidate mechanisms of tumor biology, disease progression, and therapeutic response
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scientific input maximizing therapeutic opportunity for pipeline programs
Present findings and deliver actionable results to support drug discovery and development decisions
