  • Ph.D. in cancer biology, immunology, molecular biology, or related STEM field with 4+ years postdoctoral/industry experience; or MS with 7+ years; or BS with 11+ years
  • Deep knowledge of cancer biology, tumor biology, and mechanisms of therapeutic response and resistance
  • Demonstrated scientific leadership, experimental design capability, and track record of publications or patents
  • Extensive hands-on experience with in vitro cell-based assays and multiparametric flow cytometry
  • Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques including RT-PCR, protein quantification, and cell line generation
  • Ability to deliver complex objectives under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

  • Design, execute, and analyze high-quality laboratory studies leveraging clinical insights and in vivo oncology models
  • Identify novel therapeutic targets and elucidate mechanisms of tumor biology, disease progression, and therapeutic response
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scientific input maximizing therapeutic opportunity for pipeline programs
  • Present findings and deliver actionable results to support drug discovery and development decisions
