What you'll be doing
- Execute daily Medicaid rebate operations including invoice tracking, conversion, claim processing, and payment package preparation
- Perform invoice validation checks and support claim-level detail formatting and analysis
- Prepare dispute documentation, track adjustments, and maintain audit trails and supporting workpapers
- Use Model N, SAP, Validata, and state portals to execute Medicaid workflows and support system updates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in knowledge transfer and training activities
