Role summary

PMP, PgMP, Agile/SAFe, or equivalent program management certification preferred; fluency in English and Mandarin required

What you'll be doing

Establish and maintain AI transformation strategy, governance framework, standards, and program lifecycle management practices
Oversee and prioritize the AI transformation project portfolio, managing resource allocation and tracking against OKRs and KPIs
Serve as primary liaison between transformation team and senior leadership, facilitating steering committees and alignment forums
Develop and maintain integrated AI transformation roadmap incorporating strategic priorities, resources, and emerging opportunities
Design executive dashboards and performance reports communicating transformation progress, risks, and business value realization
