Leverage ATS, AI sourcing tools, and digital platforms to track CX metrics and improve sourcing decisions
Build diverse talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and strengthen employer brand storytelling
Coach hiring managers on structured interviews, digital tool adoption, and inclusive hiring practices
