Role summary
DePuy Synthes seeks a WFM Analyst to support workforce planning and operational execution through data-driven insights and performance reporting. The hybrid role partners with operations and business leaders to align staffing models with demand and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or MedTech environment preferred
- Familiarity with workforce planning, capacity modeling, or labor optimization methodologies

What you'll be doing
- Analyze workforce demand, capacity, and productivity data to support short- and long-term planning
- Develop and maintain workforce models, forecasts, and staffing scenarios aligned with business needs
- Monitor key performance indicators related to labor utilization, efficiency, and service levels
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights for business partners and leadership
- Partner with operations, finance, HR, and planning teams to identify trends and improvement opportunities
