Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks a Vice President of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. Reporting to the CFO, this executive will modernize FP&A capabilities through data-driven analytics, technology enablement, and strategic insights while managing a team of 13-15 professionals.

What you'll be doing
- Own enterprise annual operating plan, forecasting processes, and long-range planning cycles
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews across revenue, margin, expenses, and cash flow
- Deliver strategic insights and Board-ready reporting to CFO and Executive Leadership Team
- Define and execute FP&A technology roadmap including EPM, BI, automation, and advanced analytics
- Lead, develop, and mentor team of approximately 15-20 direct and indirect finance professionals
