Role summary
BD seeks a Sales Operations & Onboarding Analyst to lead the U.S. Sales New Hire Orientation program while supporting vendor credentialing and fleet administration. The hybrid role reports to the Associate Director of Sales Operations and focuses on accelerating new hire readiness, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency across onboarding and field support programs.

- Experience facilitating virtual training sessions to diverse audiences

- Knowledge of vendor credentialing, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency with learning management systems and adult learning methodologies
What you'll be doing
- Own and facilitate the U.S. Sales New Hire Orientation program, including curriculum development and virtual session delivery
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials, assessments, job aids, and facilitator resources
- Administer vendor credentialing activities, managing requests, renewals, and field access compliance
- Coordinate North America fleet and reimbursement program administration, including vehicle ordering and maintenance
- Monitor onboarding milestones and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve readiness gaps and compliance issues
