Role summary
Field-based sales position supporting the Upper Extremities business unit. The associate will work alongside sales representatives to develop market presence, conduct case coverage, manage inventory, and educate healthcare providers on medical device products and functionality.

What you'll be doing
- Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and provide surgeon instruction on device use
- Educate healthcare providers on product functionality, proper use, maintenance, and portfolio updates
- Conduct field calls and support sales team in identifying prospects and developing customer relationships
- Manage inventory levels, build product sets, and process customer purchase orders with sales representatives
- Market product offerings based on competitive differentiation and remain current on industry trends
Compensation$68,250 salary, eligible for commission and/or bonuses
