Role summary
AbbVie seeks a Third Party Manufacturing Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company and external manufacturers or customers under contract. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and understand operational/logistical issues
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to manufacturing and contracts
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary contact and interface between AbbVie and third party manufacturers or customers, including executive management
- Ensure contract commitments are fulfilled by both parties and resolve issues with appropriate AbbVie resources
- Analyze third party capacity against long-range forecasts and proactively communicate capacity concerns
- Negotiate new and extended contracts with third parties, ensuring performance metrics and strategic alignment
- Identify outsourcing or consolidation opportunities, support product launches and transfers, and maintain capability databases
