Role summary
Catalent seeks a Technician II for facilities calibration and maintenance at its Madison biologics manufacturing site. The role involves performing equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and facility maintenance while ensuring cGMP compliance and supporting production schedules in a state-of-the-art biomanufacturing environment.

- High school diploma plus 5+ years relevant experience, or technical/associate degree with 2+ years manufacturing facility maintenance experience
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with general facility repair and maintenance skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and office systems; ability to apply basic math
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent execution of corrective actions
- Experience in cGMP environment (preferred)
- BlueMountain (BMRAM) experience (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Perform calibration and maintenance activities on equipment and facilities to ensure reliable operation
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and design solutions using established principles and guidelines
- Create out-of-tolerance reports, coordinate documentation, and develop instructions for routine and new work tasks
- Coordinate with departments and vendors to schedule maintenance around production schedules and track equipment status
- Supervise contractors during inspections, lead equipment onboarding, and contribute to procedure improvements
