Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance tasks ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards
Lead equipment changeovers and setups while optimizing downtime and ensuring product configuration accuracy
Mentor Technical Operators and junior staff on troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, and cGMP best practices
Collaborate with Engineering on process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
