Role summary

Pfizer seeks a Sustainability Senior Manager to develop and execute environmental strategies across manufacturing, supply chain, and product operations. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Strong analytical and data management skills with ability to work independently
Exceptional communication skills translating technical content for executive audiences
Experience developing training programs and sustainability guidance materials

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement sustainability strategies across Scope 3 emissions, sustainable sourcing, biodiversity, and supply chain programs
Manage Pfizer's Scope 3 program including supply chain analysis, emissions reduction tracking, and cross-functional coordination
Partner with procurement to establish supplier net zero expectations and provide implementation guidance
Develop sustainability performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting to support decision-making and target setting
Facilitate cross-functional teams and councils to advance sustainability objectives and integrate environmental considerations into business decisions
