- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift 25-50 pounds; valid U.S. work authorization required
What you'll be doing
- Supervise assigned production staff and provide leadership to maintain team effectiveness and organizational change
- Monitor production schedules and standards; take corrective action for deviations and quality variances
- Ensure all operations meet cGMP requirements and pass FDA, QAT, and OSHA compliance inspections
- Administer safety programs, evaluate employee performance, approve timecards, and track training completion
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives and resolve technical issues with support staff
