Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems
Proficiency with CMMS, LOTO, confined space entry, and arc flash safety protocols
Legal authorization to work in United States without sponsorship

What you'll be doing

Lead and develop skilled maintenance technician team ensuring optimal equipment performance
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams on maintenance planning and execution
Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage computerized maintenance management systems
Foster safety culture and continuous improvement using TPM and 5S methodologies
Manage contractors and vendors while maintaining regulatory documentation and compliance
