- Conduct thorough, impartial HR investigations and document findings with clear summaries and supporting materials
- Partner with local HR business partners to ensure culturally appropriate and compliant practices
- Track and update cases in the company's case management system
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Learning teams to deliver HR policy and investigation training
