Stryker seeks a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional business transformation programs across Europe, Latin America, and Canada. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
PROSCI Change Management or Lean methodology certification preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead complex cross-functional programs and business transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
Develop program charters, governance structures, integrated plans, budgets, and resource roadmaps
Partner with executive and functional leaders to align priorities and drive implementation
Establish portfolio governance processes providing visibility into program performance and risks
Lead deployment of technology solutions and standardized processes ensuring adoption and benefit realization

Compensation€91,700 - €170,200 EUR annual
