Role summary
Stryker Neurovascular seeks a Staff Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for neurovascular medical devices. - Evaluate and qualify semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment from vendors
- Resolve complex product and process issues using structured problem-solving and data-driven analysis
- Lead engineering documentation and ensure compliance with design controls and regulatory requirements
