Pfizer seeks a Data Analyst/Data Scientist & Digital Solutions Specialist to develop analytics solutions, automation, and AI applications at its Orth vaccine manufacturing facility. The role combines data analytics, software development, and AI to optimize production, quality, and business processes in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, or related technical field
Minimum 3 years professional experience in data analytics, data science, software development, or comparable role
Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and application development
Strong SQL and relational database knowledge (PostgreSQL experience required; Snowflake preferred)
Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI and/or Grafana
Hands-on experience with machine learning model selection, training, evaluation, and deployment
Fluent in German and English, with ability to translate business and technical requirements into solutions

What you'll be doing

Analyze production, quality, engineering, and business system data; develop data models and identify optimization opportunities
Create and optimize Power BI, Grafana, and KPI dashboards to support informed decision-making across organizational levels
Develop software applications, automations, scripts, data pipelines, and system interfaces to streamline business and production processes
Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models for process analysis, forecasting, and optimization
Identify and prototype AI and generative AI use cases using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or GitHub Copilot
