What you'll be doing

Lead large-scale, high-complexity Lean Six Sigma initiatives impacting multiple sites, functions, or global value streams
Serve as technical expert applying DMAIC, DOE, MSA, Monte Carlo simulation, and multivariate analysis independently
Shape and advance Lean deployment strategy, facilitate Kaizen events, and lead Daily Management System maturation
Mentor and elevate capabilities of Senior Engineers, Green Belts, and future Black Belts through coaching and curriculum delivery
Design enterprise dashboards, control plans, and performance systems; present strategic updates to executive sponsors
