Advanced SQL and relational database skills; test data management for regulated environments
CI/CD pipeline ownership (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo); CI/CD orchestration and test reporting
Healthcare compliance knowledge (HIPAA, SOX, HL7, FHIR); experience in validated or regulated testing
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS or Azure); containerization (Docker); performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling)

What you'll be doing

Own end-to-end quality engineering strategy: test architecture, tooling, coverage targets across application portfolio
Set and enforce automation framework architecture, shared utilities, stable selectors; review framework pull requests
Own CI/CD test orchestration including deployment-triggered runs, nightly regression, artifact gating, and reporting
Lead release readiness decisions; consolidate risk assessment and quality metrics for go/no-go recommendations
Drive shift-left practices; mentor and grow QA and SDET team; escalate and resolve systemic failures across boundaries
