- Design and execute validation workflows for molecular glue screening hits with mechanism characterization
- Evaluate molecular glue candidates in disease-relevant models to identify novel degradation targets
- Collaborate with chemistry and proteomics teams to build and screen E3 ligase-focused libraries
- Develop biochemical and cell-based assays to study E3 ligase biology and target engagement
- Present scientific findings at conferences and publish results
