- Independently manage laboratory programs including assay readiness, training, and data review
- Coordinate laboratory activities to meet commitments and ensure personnel training
- Author, review, and approve data, standard operating procedures, and laboratory records
- Lead investigations of out-of-specification results and identify corrective actions
- Serve as quality control representative in cross-functional teams and vendor collaborations
