Role summary

Senior staff-level technical leader for medical device platform development at a global medical technology company. Will oversee complex product development initiatives, lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and drive innovation in regulated medical device design and manufacturing.

8+ years R&D technical engineering experience or PhD with 5+ years industry experience

Design for manufacturing, process validation, and design transfer expertise
Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams
Project management experience for complex systems and proven design process experience (e.g., DFSS)

Direct and mentor engineering team members while addressing complex technical challenges
Develop technical project plans, verification/validation strategies, and execution timelines
Implement R&D tools, processes, and quality standards across development platforms
Partner with functional and cross-functional leaders on talent allocation and engineering discipline assignments
