Role summary

- Convert manual laboratory protocols to automated platforms in 96-well and 384-well formats
- Optimize high content imaging assays and microscopy parameters for screening applications
- Identify and implement emerging automation and imaging technologies to enhance discovery platforms
- Lead team efforts and foster collaborative culture within cross-functional discovery group
