Role summary

- Track record building, improving, and standardizing antibody workflows, not just executing procedures

- Develop small- and medium-scale antibody production workflows across multiple formats and culture systems
- Optimize end-to-end antibody development from construct design through analytics and purification
- Build and manage a team of scientists and research associates supporting protein sciences work
- Design and execute independent experiments while analyzing data and communicating findings clearly
- Maintain subject matter expertise across all aspects of work and adjacent technical areas
