Role summary

Senior Finance Manager role leading project management and change management on cost accounting and operations finance initiatives within a global finance team. Reports to Director of Finance Projects and collaborates with stakeholders across finance, IT, operations, and product data management on transformation projects including ERP implementation and divisional divestment.

What you'll be doing

Lead complex finance projects end-to-end including scope definition, milestone planning, and success criteria
Drive finance transformation initiatives and process improvements across ERP systems and technology platforms
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies through RAID logs and mitigation planning
Prepare executive reporting including status dashboards, steering committee materials, and recommendations
Lead organizational change management including communications, training, and business adoption

Compensation£65,300–£97,925 base; variable annual bonus eligible
