Role summary
Senior Director leading enterprise organizational effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, and engagement strategy at a global medical technology company. Reports to Head of Talent Strategy and partners with senior leadership to build organizational capability aligned to business strategy.

- Change management, people analytics, and listening system design experience
- Management consulting or senior HR leadership background in large organizations preferred
What you'll be doing
- Define organizational capability requirements, identify gaps, and design targeted interventions aligned to strategy
- Lead enterprise strategic workforce planning to model talent supply/demand and ensure organizational capacity alignment
- Advise senior leaders on engagement trends, culture risks, and organizational effectiveness opportunities
- Own managerial effectiveness strategy end-to-end, including enterprise standards and measurement systems
- Design and oversee cross-functional organizational effectiveness initiatives including restructuring and transformation support
