Advise Pharma and Biologics Operations on complex legal, regulatory, and operational matters across global manufacturing network
Draft and negotiate highly complex transactions including CMO, manufacturing and supply, and collaboration agreements
Support manufacturing and operations aspects of M&A and business development deals including due diligence
Identify legal issues proactively and deliver clear, practical advice to support business decisions
Collaborate across legal department and with business clients to deliver coordinated legal counsel
