Role summary
Senior Analyst position in Financial Planning and Analysis supporting the Specialty Surgery division. Responsibilities include financial modeling, budget analysis, variance reporting, and business partnering across the organization to support strategic planning and monthly close processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Budgeting
- Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capability
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, BPC, or OneStream preferred
- Proficiency with Power BI, COGNOS, or Oracle a plus
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate incentive compensation plans and models with sales management including scenario planning
- Calculate run rates, identify business trends, and perform variance analysis on actuals versus forecasts
- Provide financial support for annual budgets, strategic plans, and periodic forecasting processes
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly business financial review packages for leadership
- Support monthly close process and implement report automation improvements
