- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets to meet or exceed objectives
- Develop and execute territory call plans optimizing coverage frequency to key customer accounts
- Build trusted customer relationships by addressing needs, expectations, and challenges in assigned accounts
- Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, disease states, and customer needs with internal teams
- Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to enhance brand performance
