Ability to translate manufacturing processes into system and digital requirements
Experience with product management, roadmapping, and user-centered design practices
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in global environments

What you'll be doing

Support deployment of manufacturing capabilities at sites including MES standardization and performance management
Conduct knowledge transfer and stabilization activities to ensure successful transition to new systems
Translate manufacturing business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
Partner with technical teams to validate solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and compliant
Assess GxP control requirements and ensure data integrity and regulatory alignment in solutions
